Last updated: 10/05/2025These Terms & Conditions govern your membership in Active Artists, a music licensing and artist support membership service provided by Lewis Simpson, also known as Simo Made, based in the United Kingdom.By purchasing and accessing the membership, you agree to the following:1. Membership OverviewActive Artists is a 12-month subscription that provides access to a Dropbox beat catalog, monthly beat updates, and artist development support.Upon joining, members receive a 12-month license agreement allowing them to release songs commercially using beats from the catalog under specific usage rights.2. License TermsWhile your membership is active, you may release unlimited songs using any beat from the Dropbox catalog.For each release, you retain:90% of master royalties50% of publishing rightsYou may not sell, sublicense, or redistribute beats outside of commercial song releases.Once your membership ends:You cannot release new songs using the beats.However, any songs released during your active membership remain licensed for life and do not require renewal.3. Renewals & Price LockMembership is not auto-renewed. At the end of your 12-month term, you may choose to rejoin.If you rejoin immediately after your membership expires, you retain your original locked-in price, even if the public price has increased.4.
